Snow In St Ives





























Its snowing here - first time I've ever seen this in 10 years.

    It certainly did in Truro 4 years ago - brought the place to a crashing halt, well more of a skid actually. There was a piste on Arch Hill and moguls behind the college. But that was Truro, not St Ives. So I'll shut up now.

    What has the weather been like over the past few days in Cornwall? I'm bringing my mum down to St Ives next weekend who has never been before and wondered how you've managed with the snow?

    We've had snow all day but now its clearing. The Met Office forecast is good for the next few days so you should be fine.

    No Its Supposed To Snow Thursdaii And Friidaii In St.ives And I Live Here The Last Time We Had Snow Was Not Ten Years Ago That Would Make Me 5 We Had It Not Long Ago Like 2 Years Ago And 4 Years Ago So Yeah Definatly Not 10 Years Ago :D

    The current Met. Office forecast is for rain through to Friday and a sunny day on Saturday.

    I remember it snowing in St Ives many years ago when the town was sealed off and the kids were coming down the Stennack on anything they could ge their hands on. it was quite a picture.
