Thanks to a neighbour who had some to spare - we now once again have chickens !!
Two Rhode Island Red and one Battery Rescue.
We've made the run and hen house as fox-proof as possible - so hoping for the best.
Can't wait for the first fresh eggs.
Fresh eggs for you to enjoy - glad that you've taken steps to protect the chickens, as I saw a fox emerge from the back of Carrack Dhu heading for Barnoon cemetery, just last week!
