South West Estates - Supporting Helston Railway

South West Estates Team on Helston Railway

South West Estates - St Ives specialist residential lettings agency - have announced an initiative to support Helston Railway.

The Helston Railway Preservation Society have a mission - to restore the former Helston Branch Line - Britain's most southerly railway. They have more than a thousand members and are run and supported entirely by volunteers.

Seven years ago they started clearing vegetation and laying track. The railway now has a station at Trevarno, a cafe, sidings and almost a mile of track. They run trips on a small passenger train through the Trevarno Estate. You can book a trip by visiting:
Helston Railway - Website

The South West Estates team recently visited Helston Railway where they took a trip on the outside verandah of the brake van from Trevarno Station. Proprietor Stephen Bullen so enjoyed the trip that he is now fully supporting the project. He is offering a free ticket to ride on the railway with each new letting.

South West Estates are very proud of their specialist letting and management service. With an experienced and helpful team they are one of the largest lettings agents in the area.

So if you own a property and are looking for a professional service from the area's biggest agency visit:
